The UV high intensity lamps "post curing" removes all harmful elements of the printing process, simply referred to as "VOC Free."
The UV Printing Process
UV flatbed printing takes raw materials and converts them into high resolution point of purchase graphics or outdoor signage such as backlit signs in shopping malls, political signs for your yard, life size people cut outs for retail point of purchase displays.
UV printing process saves large amounts of money as most traditional outdoor printing requires printing to vinyl, then mounting to a substrate. UV flatbed printing takes a step out of the process by removing print mounting, making your product extremely economical without losing quality.
