Roll to roll printing technology allows Design To Print to produce your large format printing with consistently great quality and amazing prices.
Roll to roll refers to a printing method that takes a roll of material, loads it on one side of the printing press, feeds into the printing press, material is printed/imaged on, material then exits and is rolled on a take up real.
Material starts on one roll and ends on another, formally referred to as "Roll to Roll." Roll to roll printing allows Design To Print to load master rolls weighing several thousand pounds onto an outdoor durable printing press, and then print/image large amount of graphics and have them on a finished take up roll ready to be finished at the end of the printing process.
Huge Quantities
Most of Design To Print's customers require large amounts of printing such as hundreds of large format banners or an entire city of graphics. Roll to roll printing operates much like a newspaper web press; huge rolls of material are brought to one side and ejected to the pickup roll
Roll to roll printing is extremely efficient in optimizing print job layouts for maximum cost effective printing this means you're printing at Design To Print will always be at the most economical price with the highest quality.
